All women welcome regardless of fitness level. We will be using various types of exercise to move our bodies in joy and love. The common thread will be our goal of loving God, getting healthy, being whole and loving others.

For any donation amount you choose, you’ll receive fitness classes, devotionals, recipes, and even online workouts and coaching. First class is Monday, January 7th @ 6:30p in the Kids Venue Big Room. Childcare is provided!
